Cíle sekce Czech Flair Team

1. The intention of CFT is to integrate the flair bartending community in order to develop and improve a standard of the flair bartending even as every member of CFT.
2. Scope of CFT:
   
   • Educational workshops, courses, seminars, camps
   • Preparing bartenders to competitions
   • Training of working and exhibition flair, choreography bartenders show, training of team flair
   • Preparing bartender of the year for WCC
   • Creating new projects
3. The members of CFT will be divided into groups in accordance to their level, knowledge and skills. We will approach individually to every group and make our best to prepare every member to the highest possible level.
4. Background of CFT:
   Every member should represent the team dressed in clothes got from CFT partners. We will press for provision of „clubroom“ – training room open for all CFT members.
5. . The aim of CFT is improve the quality of flair competition in the Czech Republic by top competitors and jury to show the general public that flair bartending is not any circus or jack-a-dandy, but BARTENDING.
