  1. The aim of CTT is to extend existing skills of bartenders, baristas and sommeliers by a knowledge about tea and tea culture. To create rules of serving and working with tea in the facilities of a modern gastronomic operation. Furthermore, also the training prospective specialists and experts in tea.
  2. Content of CTT:
    • training and educational workshops, courses, seminars, social events
    • the preparation of the bartenders, baristas and sommeliers for Teatender´s competition
    • development of Teatender´s flair
    • creating new projects
The tea is considered to be the second most widespread drink after the water, it is a social and cultural drink, too. Working with it is a lifelong passion and a real art.
